Orbital Assembly, a space agency in California, recently announced such an arrangement. From that hotel, a tourist will wake up in the morning and see the solar system and everything around it!
According to American media CNN, Orbital Assembly has taken the initiative to launch not one but two space stations housing tourists. The space hotel, which is going to be launched in the next 3 months, will have accommodation for 28 people. The company is said to have plans to open a space 'business park' for tourists as well as offices there in the future.
Orbital Assembly Chief Operating Officer Tim Altare notes that there have been a number of obstacles since space tourism began. But in future days these obstacles will not exist. He also said that his company is working on the goal of making it possible for a large number of people to live, work and thrive in space. Orbital Assembly also said the space hotel would be essentially a wheel revolving around the Earth.
This space hotel is named Von Braun Station. The hotel was conceived by a 60-year-old designer named Wernher von Braun. He is an aerospace engineer who worked in Germany for a long time and currently resides in the United States.
Brown added: 'This will be a comfortable hotel where anyone will feel at home. We should live not only on Earth but in the entire solar system. There are many resources in the solar system and we need to use them. It will also help change and improve the quality of life on earth.
Tickets to space are currently expensive, but space tourism in the future won't just be for billionaires, he thinks. He said, 'Not only the rich, we are doing our best to make the space hotel accessible to everyone.'
