The Dhaka Times Desk Amnesty International has accused Russia of war crimes in Ukraine. Amnesty said these war crimes happened in Kharkiv.

Britain-based human rights organization Amnesty said the detention of Ukrainian soldiers in Kharkiv coincided with human rights violations that amounted to war crimes.
