The Dhaka Times Desk Whether the sacrificial animal is pre-ordained or purchased on the days of sacrifice - both methods are valid. If the person who buys the animal for the purpose of sacrifice does not own the Nisab amount of wealth, then the sacrifice becomes obligatory on him even through the purchase.
If a person buys a large animal for sacrifice and intends to share it with someone else if he is interested - it is permissible for him to sacrifice in partnership if he finds an interested person. If there is no intention to involve someone at the time of purchase, it is better not to involve someone later.
However, if one is to be made a partner, then the partner must own a Nisab amount of wealth. Even if the partner does not own the Nisab amount of assets, it will not be valid to make him a partner. Similarly, it is not permissible for a poor person (who does not have nisab wealth) to buy an animal and share it with others. If a person who does not have the amount of nisab wealth buys an animal for sacrifice and then associates it with someone, then the sacrifice of the appropriate person will become pure. Then there will be no problem in sacrifice. However, measuring the portion that the poor person has left for another, another sacrifice will become obligatory. If ever the day of sacrifice ends, then this amount should be distributed among the poor and needy people. Partner and Akika
In large animals (for which it is permissible to sacrifice the body) it is also permissible to share in the intention of sacrifice and aqeeqah. The condition is that the partners do not make any intention other than Qurbani or Aqeeqah. And the second condition is that no one's share shall be less than one-seventh. Similarly, if one partner intends to sacrifice and one partner intends to sacrifice, then it is permissible for them to sacrifice together. (Azizul Fatawa: 1/718, Fatawae Shami: 6/326)
Can be a partner after slaughtering animals?

What sacrifices will be made more or less in the sense of partnership?
If more than one person wants to sacrifice on a partnership basis, they shall pay the price of the animal and other expenses equally. But if one of the partners willingly spends extra money, it will not be illegal. (Azizul Fatawa: 1/724)
Sacrifice of husband and father for wife and children
If the custom of a region is such that the husband sacrifices on behalf of his wife and the father sacrifices on behalf of his adult children. If the wife and children are aware of this practice. But the sacrifice of father and husband will be enough for them. Children and spouses will not require any express permission. If the practice is not widespread then it is necessary to obtain explicit permission for performing the obligatory sacrifice of wife and children. No permission will be required for Nafal Qurbani.
