How harmful is it to drink refrigerator water after returning from outside

The Dhaka Times Desk Many of us drink cold water after coming home from outside to get relief from the heat. However, we do not know what problems can arise from drinking water from the fridge.

The discomfort of the heat did not go away. Although the intensity of the sun is not summer-like, it is not exactly relaxing. Many people get sick in patches of mud and heat. We have to go out for work with sun-rain weather in mind. After finishing the work and returning home, the hands went to the fridge. If you pour water down your throat from a cold water bottle arranged in a row, it will bring you peace. But doctors have said that the habit of drinking cold water after coming in from the sun is not good for the body. It gives temporary relief but also has adverse effects on the body.

Many people have a tendency to drink cold water after coming home from the sun. Blood vessels constrict due to sudden cold water entering the body. There is also a strong risk of catching a cold. Due to which excess lining of mucus is also formed in the airways. Due to which there is a risk of various respiratory infections.

# plastic PPE or eyes, face, head must be washed thoroughly with detergent and dried after one use.
# Wear PPE made of cloth or clean as described.
# Use a head cap that completely covers the hair.
# Those who have sneeze cough should follow all the rules promulgated by the government. Also, wash hands as directed before and after handling food items, keys, switches, mice, remote controls, mobiles, watches, computer desks, TVs, etc. and after using the bathroom. Those who have dry hands use Moisture after washing their hands. Soap or hand liquid can be used. Why can this virus remain in the crackle (cracked part) of dry hands?
