Actor DA Taib will be seen in the role of Isha Khan opposite Apur Bipari in this movie. About this movie, actor DA Taib said, "Isha Khan" is nearing completion. This film will be released on the occasion of Durga Puja on September 30. This movie is produced by SG Productions. Director Dayal Rahman is also producing its screenplay and dialogues besides directing.
Dayal Rahman said about 'Isha Khan', Isha Khan was the zamindar of Sarail during the Mughal rule, the ruler of Bhati region and the head of twelve influential zamindars. He independently established zamindari in this Bengal. Then the then Goghal emperor refused to pay rent or taxes to Akbar. After that one conflict after another continued. 'Isha Khan' was built on that historical course of events.
Apart from DA Taib and Apu Biswas, the movie also stars Amit Haasan, Don, Rebecca and Anha Tamannaah in various roles.
