Zelensky was reportedly returning to Kyiv today (Thursday) after visiting Kharkiv's restored city of Izium. On the way, a private car collided with the car carrying Zelensky. He was injured.
"A car collided head-on with Volodymyr Zelensky's car," Zelensky spokesman Serhii Nikiforov said. But Zelensky's injury is not that serious.'
The spokesman also said that the injured Zelensky was sent to the hospital. Doctors also examined him. An investigation is underway to find out the cause of the accident.
