Previously, Angelina Jolie visited Pakistan to meet earthquake victims in 2005 and 2010. The star actress of Hollywood is also expected to raise the issue of emergency assistance needed for the people of Pakistan in the international arena. He also emphasized the importance of long-term solutions to issues such as climate change and the displacement of people due to disasters.
The IRC says Jolie's visit is to further galvanize the international community to act and provide emergency aid to countries affected by the climate crisis.
