'Good fat' is necessary to maintain good heart health: oil, ghee or butter, what is this fat?

If there is a problem in the body, the first anger falls on food. Doctors, friends and relatives all say one thing - you can't eat too much oil and spices. Many people think that it is better to eat ghee or butter for one-and-a-half days than to eat oil spices every day. Doctors say that any vegetable oil is good for heart health.

However, not everyone has the same taste and ability. So whatever oil you use for cooking, there are a few things that must be followed.

# If the color of the cooking oil turns black or the oil thickens after cooking once, that oil cannot be used again.

# Never overheat oil while cooking.

# Never buy too much oil at once and store it.

# Do not store oil in direct sunlight.

Avoid using highly alkaline soaps or detergents.
