The Dhaka Times Desk Digital Bangladesh's connectivity partner Grameenphone has recently partnered with the Muktijudda Museum and 1971: Genocide-Torture archive and museum to visit the Muktijudda Museum virtually through the MyGP app.
This initiative was taken to spread the spirit of the great liberation war in every part of the country. As a result, from now on people can visit these two museums rich in history of liberation war virtually.
An inaugural function was organized to promote the Muktijudda Museum and 1971: Genocide-Torture archive and virtual experience of the museum through the MyGP app. On September 26, a discussion meeting was held at the Liberation War Museum on Monday. Asaduzzaman Noor, MP, member of the Board of Trustees of the Liberation Museum conducted the discussion. The Liberation War Museum has been established to preserve the history of our great liberation war and uphold its spirit. 1971: Genocide-Torture Archive and Museum aims to preserve the history of torture during the Liberation War. Many people visit these museums to learn about the history of the liberation war. However, it is not always possible for people from other parts of the country to visit the museum. To solve this problem, Grameenphone, the country's tech service leader, has created an interface in the MyGP app, through which one can digitally enter the museum from anywhere in the country and learn about the history of the great liberation war through virtual reality.
