Dodul returned to acting after 15 years

The Dhaka Times Desk Popular producer, writer and actor Sajjad Hossain Dodul returned to acting after 15 years.

Two years ago he was supposed to act in a play at the request of his wife-producer Shyuk, but in the end he did not do it. Although he was not found acting during this long break, he spent his time busy with production.

After 15 years, Dodul returned to acting through a series of dramas directed by himself. The name of this new series is 'Musa'. This star-studded serial is being aired on Boishakhi TV every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 9.20 pm from last August 2.

About returning to acting, Dodul said, I am returning to acting because of my own interest. But many people want to see me in acting. There is also a kind of pressure from them to perform. Although I am interested in acting, I am not able to devote time to it. I wrote my name in the media because of my love for acting, but I could not be permanent due to various reasons. Then I got busy with construction. Although I have been working on requests from time to time, I have decided to work regularly from now on.

Dodul acted as Raghu in serial 'Musa' drama. In this regard, he said, the story of the series is mainly about the world of crime. While writing the play, I had to inquire about many things. However, even if the true story does not come out in this story, it can be said that somehow it is based on his shadow. Raghu is basically a terrible character. Who is blind in his left eye and is a professional killer. There are great stories about live snakes. The capital city goes by the words of Raghu. I returned to acting with such a challenging role. Hopefully, the audience will also like the serial drama and my character Raghu.
