The man, named Preston McKee, stopped in front of a store on his way home from work and bought the lottery ticket.
NDTV reported in a news that McKee bought a Fantasy Five ticket from that shop. All the winning numbers were on that ticket (05-12-16-17-29).
"If my wife hadn't sent the message, I might not have stopped at that store that day," McKee told the media. I usually never buy fantasy five tickets if they are under $200,000. But that day I saw that it was being sold right in front of me, so I bought it.”
I was matching the lottery numbers the next morning. I discovered that I was the winner!
When asked what he would do with the money, McKee said he would give some to his family and make some new investments.
