In the accident, a stair rod came out while moving and penetrated Farin's leg. There was also a lot of bleeding. He was immediately taken to the hospital. He was treated in the emergency department there.

Yesterday (Friday) at around 7:30 pm I had an accident on the main escalator (i.e. moving stairs) which entered through the gate while going down from the first floor to the ground floor of Yamuna Future Park. I don't know whether it is aluminum or steel under the stairs, the sheet opened and a sharp edge hit my leg. I was on the right side of the stairs. It was upward. The pants I wear have a lot of rips and deep cuts on the legs, which I noticed later.
But at that moment, only one image (picture) keeps coming back in my head and that is, before I understand anything, everyone screamed loudly and I saw a foot scratched the right leg and went through the side of the leg and a foot entered the top of the left leg and the moving staircase also hit me. It is pushing further.
If my brother Sarat hadn't pulled me from behind in less than a second yesterday or my father had not pushed us both, I don't know if I would be alive to write this status today. Maybe I would, but I wouldn't have legs or I would never have been a mother. The horror of that situation may not be possible to explain in words or in writing. I don't remember anything about the few seconds after I got down. After returning to Sambat, I saw that my pants were torn from above my knees and my whole leg was shaking. By then many people had gathered.
One thing is that I don't want to accept this incident as an accident. Because, at least 15 minutes before this incident happened to me, the same incident happened to another person. The corner of that leaf entered through the flesh of his leg. He himself stood for a long time warning people and looking for someone responsible. Finally went to the help desk without getting anyone and in the meantime this happened to me. Also found another victim.
After my yelling and screaming a staff member finally came and called the manager several times. By then a lot of people were gathering and the humiliation felt more than the pain. Rather than syncreating something there, I felt it needed to be resolved with a cool head. So after I said that two employees took our 3 injured people and everyone with them to basement 1. We thought that the treatment would be arranged quickly. The surprising thing is that there is no ambulance or first responder in such a large mall, let alone a first aid box!
Fifteen-twenty minutes they just called this pharmacy that pharmacy. No one can leave the shop. Finally after half an hour someone came and treated the two men. However, my treatment was not possible without a female doctor. Out of which I sent my brother to buy a pair of trousers.
According to the authorities of Jamuna Future Park, this accident is due to overcrowding! What does that mean you already knew? Or did you not realize that it was already in this state with loads over capacity? Why didn't you take any action even after it happened to someone? When I called the man in charge of the escalator, he did not come. And in my situation they offer me tea and coffee, where I don't even have a place to sit.
Anyway, we changed our clothes and went to Evercare Emergency. After dressing, stitching, x-ray, injection, I was discharged at 12 am. One of their officials came to the hospital, that too because we told them. When the topic of the bill comes up, he says, 'Why should I give it?' I don't even need your two-four rupees, but what is humanity? Where you yourself admitted the fault and I did not ask for any compensation from you.
