The knee joint is the most noisy. But sometimes the back, neck and shoulder bones can also have a throbbing sound. If there is no pain or irritation in the lump, then there is nothing to worry about the lump or bone noise. Basically, this problem occurs when the flexibility of the muscles and joints is a little less. Even if you stay in the same position for a long time or after standing continuously, the knots can become stiff. You can do stretching to get rid of this problem.
