The Dhaka Times Desk কনের বিয়ের সাজ নষ্ট করা ও কনেকে হুমকি দেওয়ার অভিযোগে এক বিউটিশিয়ানকে গ্রেফতার করেছে পুলিশ।

এমন একটি ঘটনা ঘটেছে ভারতের মধ্যপ্রদেশের জবলপুরে। কনের পরিবারের অভিযোগের ভিত্তিতে ওই বিউটিশিয়ানকে সম্প্রতি পুলিশ গ্রেফতার করেছে।

পুলিশ জানিয়েছে যে, ঘামাপুর এলাকার এক তরুণী ডিসেম্বর মাসে তার বিয়ে উপলক্ষে বিয়ের সাজের জন্য কোতোয়ালি বাজারে একটি বিউটি পার্লারের মালিকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করেছিলেন। ওই বিউটি পার্লারের মালিকের নিজের কনে সাজানোর কথা ছিল। সেই মর্মে কনের পরিবারের কাছ থেকে অগ্রিম টাকাও নেওয়া হয়। বিউটি পার্লারের মালিক আশ্বাসও দিয়েছিলেন, সময়ের পূর্বেই তিনি অনুষ্ঠানে পৌঁছেও যাবেন।

তবে বিয়ের দিন বিউটি পার্লারের মালিক সময় মতো অনুষ্ঠানস্থলে না পৌঁছালে কনের পরিবারের পক্ষ থেকে তার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা হয়। তখন বিউটি পার্লারের মালিক কনেকেই উল্টে তার দোকানে চলে আসতে বলেন।

অভিযোগ উঠেছে, কনে পার্লারে পৌঁছানোর পর, ওই বিউটিশিয়ান নিজে রূপশয্যা করার পরিবর্তে তার সহকারীকে কনেকে সাজাতে নির্দেশ দেন। তবে ওই সহকারী কনের সাজ নষ্ট করে দেন। কনে ও তার মা প্রতিবাদ করলে তাদের সঙ্গে দুর্ব্যবহারও করা হয় বলে অভিযোগ করা হয়। তারপরই ওই বিউটিশিয়ানের আচরণে ক্ষুব্ধ হয়ে কনের মা থানায় অভিযোগ দায়ের করলে ওই বিউটিশিয়ানকে পুলিশ গ্রেফতার করে। তথ্যসূত্র : আনন্দবাজার পত্রিকা।
