What to do to prevent the increase of uric acid?

The Dhaka Times Desk When uric acid accumulates in the body, there are many restrictions in eating and drinking. Many things like tomato, lentils are prohibited in this disease. So what can reduce this problem?

Severe pain in the knee or ankle or severe pain due to swelling of the joints - this type of physical illness is persistent. One of the diseases that busy life and changing food habits are leading to in a bigger way is the increase in uric acid in the blood.

Uric acid formed from food enters the blood and finally reaches the kidneys. Kidneys filter these pollutants out of the body through urine. But if the liver produces more uric acid than it excretes, the kidneys fail to flush the excess uric acid out of the body. Due to which the amount of uric acid in the blood also increases. Uncontrolled lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits are the main reasons for this.
