This series by producer Ashfaq Nipun has received a huge response from the audience. Especially the youth of this generation watched the Mahanagar 2 series with enthusiasm.
After 2 episodes the makers have raised several questions, some issues are still unresolved. Viewers are asking, then will Mahanagar 3 be built?
Amid the discussion on the issue, serial actor Anirban Bhattacharya wrote in an Instagram post that, 'The story does not end here. See you soon. Metropolis 3 is coming.'
However, the producer Nipun did not disclose the matter at the moment, he also posted the screenshot of Anirban's post on Facebook and wrote, 'Oma, don't inform me!' Is Metropolis 3 really coming?
As there was a lot of buzz about the matter, Bangladeshi director Shakib R Khan told the media, 'He wants to do Mahanagar 3. Mahanagar 2 ended just like that. Now let's see what happens. But nothing is certain before the official announcement comes.'
Note that Mahanagar 2 was released on April 20 before Eid. As in the first season, actor Musharraf Karim has become quite popular for playing the role of OC Haroon in the second season as well. Anirban Bhattacharya appeared in the finale of the series, appearing in an important role.
