How much salt can be eaten per day?

So salt cannot be consumed by measuring such grams. But there is an easy way to eat salt in moderation. That is, the small spoon available for eating ice cream must be collected. This spoon contains approximately 4 to 7 grams of salt. And that's your whole day's logistics. You can add just so much salt to the food of the day.

Low salt can last

Currently low salt salt is available in the market from various companies. This type of salt is very low in sodium. Due to which the risk of problems can be reduced to some extent.
