Avoid sugary foods

Sugar consumption plays a role in weight gain. Not eating sugar directly does not mean that sugar does not enter the body at all. Processed foods, soft drinks or fried foods can also be high in sugar. Avoid these types of food if you don't want to gain weight.

Drink enough water

Eating less food to be thin. Are you drinking more water? The role of water in weight loss is unimaginable. You can't lose weight even after fasting all day long, if the body remains dehydrated. So drink more water.

Eat fiber-rich foods
