But the opposite picture was seen in a village called Umoja in Kenya. Where only women live. There is no man! All are women. But there are some very small children.
Villagers say they feel lucky to be here. No one pressures me to do anything. We are not afraid of husband's torture. I am doing well with my children. At present, about 400 women with children live comfortably in the village. Follow your own rules.
Children can stay with their mother up to 18 years. After that they have to leave the village. Currently men have the opportunity to visit the village. However, overnight stays are prohibited.
Many tourists from different parts of the world flock to see this lifestyle of Umoja. Umoja is now self-sufficient by selling handmade jewelery and traditional clothing besides farming.
Why is there no man in this village?
About 30 years ago some women of Samburu community founded this village. Expelled from the society, from the family, they built a sanctuary of their own. Breaking the tradition of patriarchal society, this village has established a unique example of women's power. Where thousands of victims have settled.
Gradually oppressed women from different parts of the country joined these villagers. A fight for survival begins shoulder to shoulder. Leaving behind a brutal history of exploitation, they have created an identity of their own. which made them bollian.
Things to do to prevent Corona virus
# try to stay at home all the time.
# Follow the rules and use mask when going out for emergency.

# wash clothes after coming home from outside. Or hang it without shaking for at least four hours.

Also, wash hands as directed before and after handling food items, keys, switches, mice, remote controls, mobiles, watches, computer desks, TVs, etc. and after using the bathroom. Those who have dry hands use Moisture after washing their hands. Soap or hand liquid can be used. Why can this virus remain in the crackle (cracked part) of dry hands? Avoid using highly alkaline soaps or detergents.
