A man named Saeed shot his two daughters to protect family honor in Haveli Nathwali area of Punjab's Kasur district. Both of them died on the spot. After killing the girls, he fled from there.
Local police said the bodies were sent to two district hospitals for post-mortem. On the other hand, the search for the killer continues.
Earlier this week, a 12-year-old boy killed his mother in the satellite town area of Gujranwala to protect the family's honour.
Police said the teenager shot his mother in the middle of the road. His mother died on the spot. This time his aunt was also injured. Later, the aunt was rescued from the spot and admitted to a nearby hospital.
Police arrested the teenager after he confessed to killing his mother.
