Forget Where You Keep Your Cupboard Keys: Which Yoga Exercises To Improve Memory?

Many of us can experience memory loss. Like who has a meeting in the office, what things to take from the market when returning home or where the key of the cupboard was kept - these small things are often forgotten by many people. At one time it was thought that the race of memory could slow down with age. But the pressures of modern lifestyle have confined that information only to the pages of books. Now there is a tendency to forget even among young people. This can be caused by excessive stress. However, if you are not aware of this problem from a young age, it can go to the extreme stage at an older age. Doing yoga regularly can get rid of such problems. Holason

First, lie flat on the yoga mat. Put both the legs together and lift them up and hold the waist with both hands. Now while exhaling bend both legs from the waist and bend the knees and touch the toes to the ground. Keep breathing in and out slowly in this pose. As you return to the normal position, pull both legs straight up. Take your hands off your waist and slowly inhale and exhale. Now remove the hand from the waist and touch the hip to the ground. Place your feet on the ground as you exhale. Do this asana for 2 to 3 minutes a day. But if one has neck and back pain, then it is wise to avoid this asana.

Lie down with your feet shoulder-width apart. Fold the legs and keep them in such a position that the hips touch the ankles. Raise both hands up and place both palms on the ground on both sides of the head. Lift the hips and waist first with a sigh. Lift the back and head up with the weight on the hands. As you return from the seat to the normal position, lower the back and then the waist to exhale. Do this 2 to 5 times daily. However, people suffering from high blood pressure should not do this asana.

Pashchimottanasana

First you have to sit straight with your legs straight. Then raise both hands above the head to inhale. Then, while exhaling, lean slightly forward from the waist with the hands and touch the knee with the face. While doing the asana, keep the stomach slightly pulled towards the crowd. When returning to the previous position, raise your arms to inhale and lower your arms to exhale. Do this 3 to 5 times a day. Chakrasana should not be done if you have back pain.

How to prevent dengue

Dengue is a mosquito-borne viral fever. This fever is different from other viral or bacterial fevers. However, this fever is not contagious in any way. This viral fever can occur alone or in combination with other viruses (chikungunya, yellow fever, Burma forest, flu, respiratory syncytial) and bacteria (pneumococcus).

Dengue fever is divided into two categories depending on the severity of symptoms and fever.

1. Common dengue fever

2. Dengue fever with bleeding.

In the case of common dengue fever, the following symptoms are mainly seen-

1. Sudden high fever lasting 2 to 7 days.

2. Severe headache.

3. Pain behind the eyes.

4. Along with the fever, red rash appears all over the body.

5. Severe pain in whole body as well as back pain.

6. Nausea or vomiting.

7. A rash or red bumps on the skin.

In case of dengue fever with bleeding:

1. Bleeding from nose, mouth or vomiting with high fever within 2 to 48 hours.

2. Fluid accumulation in chest or abdomen along with fever.

If any of these symptoms appear, seek medical attention immediately.

On the other hand

Wait at home for the first 3 days of fever. On the other hand, sponge the whole body with water every now and then. This will reduce the level of fever. Drink enough water and rest. After that, if the fever does not decrease or if it continues to increase after some time, consult a doctor immediately.

Things to do to prevent Dengue:

1. Try to keep the surroundings of the house as clean as possible.

2. If there are flower tubs or broken plastic bottles, can shells, tires or polythene inside the house, clean them quickly and drain the accumulated water from the flower tubs.

3. Spray or fog at least 3 times a week to kill mosquitoes.

4. You can keep mosquito repellent cream with you while going out.

5. After evening, younger and older members of the household should use mosquito nets.

6. Clean up any accumulated rain water, as this is the time when Aedes mosquitoes lay their eggs.

7. On the other hand, you can use mats along with mosquito nets to avoid mosquito infestation.

8. Since Aedes mosquitoes bite during the day, it is important to avoid sleeping with mosquito nets while sleeping during the day. Source: https://dmpnews.org
