In the same camp, as the coach himself was in charge of the supervisor along with his husband, he had to do these heinous things easily.

Thus, after a long time of brutality, this notorious woman was arrested on August 24, 1943. But no proof of his brutal murder was found then. As a result, the coach was released from jail due to lack of proper evidence, but her husband was found guilty and sentenced to prison. Koch leaves the prison and goes to the city of Ludwigsburg. While living there, he was again arrested by American soldiers on June 30, 1945. After being re-arrested, the coach was again brought to trial. During the second trial, his misdeeds were revealed. The coach admits to his various gruesome stories. The police raided and recovered his various items made of human skin. On June 30, 1947, Koch was found guilty and sentenced to life imprisonment. But Ilcoch Koch committed suicide with a rope around his neck on September 1, 1967 while he was in jail due to self-pride and despair of life.
