According to the Microsoft service and agreement, if a user opens an email account on their site and does not enter the account for more than 270 days, then the account of all those users will be automatically canceled or deleted from the server, and if such an account is canceled, the account owner will have nothing to say in that case.

Microsoft has already reviewed and found that many of their Hotmail Outlook.com accounts have been unused for a long time, so they have decided not to keep these accounts on their servers.

Meanwhile, Microsoft Corporation has already said that they will cancel all accounts on their servers for more than 270 days, and once canceled, they will automatically disappear from the server and within 350 days, the user's username can be taken again, but in this case, Microsoft is concerned about getting the previous username. It also says that it does not give any form of guarantee.

Hotmail currently has 350 million active subscribers worldwide. Until Google's Gmail arrived in 2007, Hotmail was the best email. Note here that Microsoft radically changed their email system, Microsoft Outlook.com, which was earlier compared to Google's Gmail. Meanwhile, analysts say that Microsoft is not only bringing a new webmail service, but the company is fighting with Google's webmail service Gmail. Meanwhile, a study shows that as of June 2012, the number of monthly visitors to Hotmail (Outlook) was 324 million, Yahoo's 29 million and Gmail's 274 million.
