Rubel's confidence-boosting hat-trick [VIDEO]

Rubel's path has never been smooth in the five-year international career! “টেস্টেও ও অসাধারণ বল করেছে। উইকেট না পেলেও আমার মনে হয়, ও-ই একমাত্র পেস বোলার, যে ধারাবাহিকভাবে ভালো বল করেছে। যে রকম বল করছে, এটা ওর প্রাপ্য ছিল।”

অবশ্য এই ব্যাতিক্রমী রুবেলকে কোচ শেন জার্গেনসেন আগেই ধরতে পেরেছিলেন! ওয়ানডে শুরু হবার আগেই কোচ বলেছিলেন, “রুবেল বোলিংয়ে অনেক উন্নতি করেছে! টেস্টে এতো ভালো বল করে যাওয়ার পরেও উইকেট না পাওয়াটা দূর্ভাগ্যজনক। সে এখন অনেক আত্মবিশ্বাসী, আশা করছি টেস্টে পুরনো বল হাতে যেমন ভালো বল করে গিয়েছে, ওয়ানডেতেও নতুন বল হাতে চমক দেখাবে।”
