First mix flour, mawa, 2 tbsp ghee, 2 tbsp sugar with chickpeas well. While applying, take a very little color on the tip of the finger and mix it into the skin. Make kaljam by kneading and kneading. Deep fry the kaljam in oil or ghee and leave it in sugar syrup and when all are fried, put the kaljam and syrup pan in the oven and burn it for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and when the kaljam is cool, take it out on a tray and mix it with mawar powder and serve.
