The discovery of 80 women's skulls in mass graves in China!

The Dhaka Times Desk চীনের শিমাও রুইন্স শহরে খননকাজ চলার সময়ে প্রত্নতত্ত্ববিদরা এক বীভৎস দৃশ্যের মুখোমুখি হন। তারা এক গণকবরের সন্ধান পান যেখানে ৮০ জন নারীর খুলি উদ্ধার করা হয়েছে। ধারণা করা হচ্ছে – গণকবরটি চার হাজার বছর আগের।

In 1976, Shimao Ruins, a stone city covering four square kilometers, was discovered. A mass grave containing the skulls of eighty women was discovered last year, and the provincial government said the skulls were arranged in a specific pattern, although no signs of a wall or city excavations were found.

প্রত্নতত্ত্ববিদরা ধারণা করছেন – কোন প্রাচীন রীতি কিংবা কোন শহর প্রতিষ্ঠার অনুষ্ঠান উপলক্ষ্যে নারীদের হত্যা করে উৎসর্গ করা হয়েছে। চীনের উত্তর প্রদেশের একটি নব্যপ্রস্তর যুগের পাথরের শহর থেকে খুলিগুলো উদ্ধার করা হয়েছে। সেখানে নারীদের লাশ ছিলো না, শুধু খুলিগুলো সাজানো ছিলো।
