Bomb attack on home minister's house in Pabna

The Dhaka Times Desk Terrorists bombed the house of State Home Minister Shamsul Haque Tukur in Dilalpur, Pabnastha today.

It is known that the regional passport office is located in this house of Home Minister Shamsul Haque Tukur. At around 4 o'clock in the morning, these assailants carried out a petrol bomb attack. The peon of the passport office told the media that 4 petrol bombs were thrown at the swing window in the early morning. When the fire caught fire during this bomb attack, the people of the office and the local residents extinguished the fire. However, it was initially reported that the passport office's important documents and computers were damaged in the fire.

The police cordoned off the spot after receiving the information. According to the police, this four-storey building of State Home Minister Shamsul Haque Tukur has been rented to the regional passport office for a long time. Police have beefed up security.
