On this day, after the withdrawal of nominations of all parties, it was seen that various candidates are going to be elected unopposed in a total of 142 seats.

This situation has arisen when numerous candidates of Jatiya Party withdrew their nominations on the last day of withdrawal of candidature of candidates in these constituencies which were to be elected unopposed.

Before this, a total of 1107 candidates, including parties and independents, who went to participate in the 10th National Assembly elections bought nominations to participate in the elections, but some of these candidates withdrew their nomination papers on their own, and the nomination papers of many were canceled, so the 10th election was held with all the last remaining candidates. Voting for the National Assembly elections is going to be held. However, among these candidates there are single candidates in those constituencies, they will be elected earlier, so no more votes will be taken there.
