Emergency meeting of 14 parties today: the wind of the political situation can change?

The Dhaka Times Desk An emergency meeting of the Awami League-led 14-party alliance will be held today at 6 pm on Wednesday. Awami League president Sheikh Hasina will preside over the meeting organized at Ganobhaban. This meeting is considered to be very important in the present unstable situation of the country.

Although the agenda of the meeting has not been finalised, it is expected that some important decisions may be made in the ongoing political crisis of late. Sources of the 14 parties said that the meeting could mainly discuss the strategy and actions of the 14-party alliance in the 10th National Parliament elections along with the recent political situation.

On the other hand, an emergency meeting of the central executive of Awami League will be held at Ganobhaban on Thursday, December 19 at 6 p.m.

Awami League office secretary Abdus Sobhan Golap signed this information to the media. It is believed that important decisions can be made in these meetings.
