The mystery of the lover's death in the water of Hatirjheel

The Dhaka Times Desk Two teenage girls tried to commit suicide by jumping into water together in the capital's picturesque Hatirjheel on Friday morning, resulting in the death of the teenager. A lot of mystery has been created about this incident.

According to local sources, early Friday morning, two teenage girls jumped into Hatirjheel water with the intention of committing suicide. Although the guards present were able to rescue the girl, the boy quickly sank into the water. Later, the body of the boy was recovered with the help of divers.

When the rescued girl was interrogated, she revealed her name Mim, they both love each other, the name of the boy is, Ehsanul Haque Tanmay He is 16 years old. The boy lived with his family in New Eskaton Road, while the girl lived in Paribagh area, they both studied in the same school, hence the exchange of minds between the two people.

Meanwhile, according to Mim's family sources, the girl got married to a beehive trader six months ago. However, the girl and the boy love each other and their family did not agree to accept this love, so both of them decided to commit suicide.

According to the sources of the two families, they both left home on Thursday night and the family could not find them despite searching for them in various ways. Mim's family filed a general diary (GD) at Shahbagh police station about her daughter's disappearance. However, they got the news of this accident in the morning.

The body of Ehsanul Haque Tanmoy, who drowned in water, has been sent to Dhaka Medical College morgue for autopsy.

Quoting Meem, police and relatives said that Tanmoy knew all the decisions of Meem's family. At one point, Meem's wedding day was fixed on January 10. After hearing this, Tanmay became madly excited. Meem also realizes that her family will never accept their relationship. Later they both decided to commit suicide together. Mim's family, however, denied the marriage or any such incident. The TV broadcasted this information yesterday. And so there is a mystery about this death. However, the police are investigating. After investigation the real secret will come out.
