The red-green flag of Bangladesh is recorded in the Guinness Book!

The Dhaka Times Desk On December 16th Victory Day, the huge human flag created by the direct participation of 27 thousand 117 people of Bangladesh on the national parade ground was finally included in the Guinness Book of Records on Saturday!

On December 16, a joint initiative of mobile operator Robi and the Bangladesh Army organized a record event of making human flags at the national parade ground. Students from numerous schools and colleges of Bangladesh and soldiers of Bangladesh Army participated in this event. A total of 27 thousand 117 people made the beautiful red and green national flag of Bangladesh, which is discussed as the largest national flag in the history of the world.

Before the name of the national flag of Bangladesh came in the Guinness Book of Records, Pakistanis were there by making human flags of 24 thousand 200 people. By making this record of Bangladesh, Bangladesh beat Pakistan to the top.
