People flocked to the Turag bank to participate in the last prayer

The Dhaka Times Desk Lakhs of Muslims flocked to the final prayer on the shores of Tongir's Turag. They rushed from the capital in droves for the purpose of World Ijtema.

The final prayers of the second phase of Vishwa Ijtema, which started on Friday, will be held today between 10 am and 11:30 am. To participate in this final prayer, everyone from different parts of the capital has rushed to Biswa Ijtema. The purpose of all is to participate in the last prayer. Hoping for the immense mercy of the great Rabbul Alamin, everyone rushed to go to the place of Biswa Ijtema on the banks of Turag in Tongir.

Meanwhile, 10,000 members of law enforcement agencies are keeping an eye on traffic jams and ensuring that no disorder is created. Vehicular movement has been stopped immediately after the airport. Everyone is rushing from the capital to Tongi by bus, tempo or on foot.

It may be noted that the first phase of Ijtema was scheduled for 32 districts last week. The final prayer was held last Sunday. Today, in the second and final phase, millions of devout Muslims will participate in the final prayer.
