The Dhaka Times Desk Shakib Al Hasan has been fined and banned for three matches. Shakib's behavioral incident has caused a disappointment among Bangladeshi cricketers.
During the 2nd ODI match against Sri Lanka, Bangladeshi all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan made some indecent gesture in front of the camera at Mirpur Sher Bangla Stadium. Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) summoned him on Friday. After the talks, the left-handed all-rounder was banned for three matches and fined Tk 3 lakh.
Acting CEO of BCB Nizam Uddin Chowdhury told the media, 'Shakib has regretted this incident. He also admitted that he did not behave like a player. The behavior we have told him is unacceptable.'

According to the code of conduct of the board, Shakib will not be able to play the next three ODIs. According to that ban, the left-handed all-rounder will have to play the last match against Sri Lanka. On the other hand, Shakib will not be able to play in the Asia Cup against India on February 26 and Afghanistan on March 1.
In such a situation, there is a disappointment among the cricket lovers of the country. But no one is saying anything against the cricket board's decision. Because the behavior of a popular player must be tolerated.
