Ragini MMS-2: The threat of closing the exhibition before the release of the film!

The Dhaka Times Desk Even before the release of Sunny Leone's sensational film 'Ragini MMS-2', the liberals have threatened to shut down the exhibition.

Several multiplex authorities in Delhi have been given threatening letters to stop the screening of 'Ragini MMS-2'. This 'Ragini MMS-2' is scheduled to release in those multiplexes. Produced by Ekta Kapoor- Shobha Kapoor and starring Indian-origin Canadian porn star Sunny Leone, 'Ragini MMS-2' is slated to release on March 21.

It is said in the media that the letter written in blood said, 'That film is antithetical to Indian culture. As a result, if the film is shown in Vaishali's Big Cinema and Kaushambi's PVR, the multiplex authorities will be responsible for the subsequent events.

The owners of the two multiplexes have lodged a complaint with the police regarding the threatening letter. Of course, they said, such incidents are not new. Earlier they were sent threatening letters to stop the exhibition of several films. An appeal has been made to the police to deploy adequate number of security guards in the multiplex to avoid any untoward incident. Police told media that the letters were sent by leaders of several extremist groups. Delhi Police also said that the matter is not being taken lightly at all.

It is to be noted that before the release of 'Ragini MMS-2', the storm started around the world. Especially porn star Sunny Leone has added a special dimension to this storm.
