Eid-ul-Fitr is celebrated with enthusiasm and enthusiasm

Dhaka Times Desk The holy Eid-ul-Fitr has been celebrated with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm across the country. In the morning everyone dressed in new clothes went to the Eidgah and offered Eid prayers. Greetings are being exchanged from house to house with relatives and friends.

President Md. Zillur Rahman, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and opposition leader Khaleda Zia have greeted the countrymen on Eid.

The main Eid congregation in the capital is held at the National Eidgah Maidan. Lakhs of people participated in this Jamaat despite the rain. The President prayed at the National Eidgah. Zillur Rahman and prominent people including members of the Council of Ministers. There were separate namaz arrangements for women. On the occasion of Eid, the streets of the capital were decorated with various banners and festoons of Eid Mubarak written in Arabic and Bengali. Public and private TV channels and FM radios have aired special programs on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, the most religious festival of Muslims.

Millions of people participated in the Eid Jamaat all over the country ignoring the rain. The joy of Eid was as if everyone was equal. It was as if the joy of Eid was visible in everyone, rich and poor, young and old. Everyone forgot their differences and got along with each other. As the great Rabbul Alamin has announced to observe Eid, the scene of following the instructions of that great Rabbul Alamin can be seen in every person from all over the country. Going from house to house to eat Semai, giving new clothes to the poor was a sight to behold. Forgetting all differences, people of all classes and professions of this country celebrated the holy Eid-ul-Fitr. And this is the end of a long month of fasting.
