Lulu Ferdous is going to be the first Bangladeshi resident on Mars!

As a result, although many people from all over the world apply for this project, only 24 people can go to Mars. Among those 24 people, the names of four astronauts have been determined, among whom Bangladeshi girl Lulu Ferdous is one.

Lulu Ferdous (35) was born in Dhaka and has been interested in space since she was 6 years old. In that sequence, she tried to write the name of the first woman pilot for the country in Bangladesh Air Force. But at that time, the Bangladesh Air Force made it clear to her that there is no opportunity to take any woman pilot in the Bangladesh Air Force even if she has the desire or talent. Later, Lulu Ferdous tried to become a commercial airline pilot. But that was not possible in Bangladesh. In this case too he has to be disappointed.

After this Lulu Ferdous started another kind of battle, it can be called the battle of winning the sky. Lulu Ferdous moved to the United States in 2007 to make herself an astronaut or a part of space research. He is in the United States Air transportation administration Got a higher degree in the subject. Later joined NASA as a special researcher. Until October 2013, he associated himself with NASA research.

More than 2 lakh applications were submitted for the Mars One project. Among them, the short list has now come down to 1,058. The final 24 aspiring astronauts selected will be trained for long periods of time in various ways to operate the spacecraft, stay there, and how to survive in adverse weather conditions and establish a human settlement on Mars. The Mars One project will take 24 astronauts from Earth on a 7-month long space journey to Mars in 2024.
