The Dhaka Times Desk Oscar-winning musician AR Rahman is coming to Dhaka on Tuesday. He is coming to Dhaka to participate in the BCB celebration concert.
It is known that the famous musician of the subcontinent is scheduled to participate in the 'BCB Celebration Concert' program at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the capital on Thursday. Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) organized the event on the occasion of T20 World Cup cricket.
A 130-member team is also coming with AR Rahman from Mumbai, India in a special flight. Popular Indian singers Udit Narayan, Javed Ali, Shweta Pandit, Neeti Mohan, Hardeep Kaur, Shivamani and others are said to be in this group. He will be taken to a five-star hotel from Hazrat Shahjalal (RA) International Airport tonight. The name of the hotel has been withheld for security reasons.
It is said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will enjoy this concert by sitting directly on the field. Tickets for the concert will go on sale online on March 8. The price of the ticket is 2000, 10000, 20000, 50000 and 75000 taka. The organizers told the media that the event will continue from 4 pm till late night.
