Satyajuri post office on the border of Bahubal and Chunarughat upazilas is in a pathetic condition. Official functions are conducted in a dilapidated shop house. Accidents can happen at any time. At present, the post office is being run in a shop called Razzak Store in a market in Satyajuri Bazar. In this regard, Satyajuri post office postmaster Abdul Qayyum said that the boundary of this post office is located with 42 villages of two upazilas. This post office is playing an important role in the exchange of letters and money of the local residents. Moreover, the government is also earning thousands of rupees in revenue.

Going to the ground, it is seen that the duty officers are performing their duties with risk in a drink-cigarette shop. The postmaster took the room for Rs 400 per month from his own pocket. Although several years have passed since the establishment of the post office, no building of the post office has been built with any government grant. However, Abdul Qayyum's efforts did not stop the activities of the post office. The traditional Satyajuri post office never saw a touch of development due to neglect and neglect.

If this is the state of our country's post office, how will the country improve? Although people don't rely on government calls these days. After the introduction of courier service nowadays, courier service is used for sending letters and money. But all these government post offices are also needed. Because government emergency documents are still exchanged through post offices. However, people have lost confidence in this government institution for a long time due to various irregularities. There is still time for the government to bring this institution into public confidence. But we still haven't forgotten the past role that the post office once played in our country.
