Bangladesh will have to play in the qualifiers for the ODI World Cup as well

Originally, the teams ranked ninth and tenth in the ICC ODI Rankings for the 2019 World Cup will join the qualifying tournament with the ICC partner countries and the two winners of the qualifying tournament will join the teams in the main round of the World Cup.

After recently returning to the country after the meeting of the International Cricket Council, Board President Nazmul Hasan Papon said that Bangladesh will play in the ODI World Cup qualifying tournament.
