The Dhaka Times Desk The High Court has ordered the arrest of 3 RAB officers involved in the sensational Narayanganj seven murders.
According to the media, the High Court has directed the Home Secretary to take necessary measures to arrest the 3 sacked RAB officers accused of kidnapping and killing 7 people in Narayanganj. These 3 officers are RAB-11 captain Lt. Col. Tarek Saeed Mahmud, former captain Major Arif Hossain and Lieut. Commander MM Rana.
A bench of Justice Mirza Hossain Haider and Justice Muhammad Khurshid Alam passed this order on Sunday after hearing a writ petition filed in the High Court seeking directions to form an independent and impartial judicial inquiry commission headed by one former Chief Justice or one present judge of the Appellate Division to monitor the investigation process of Narayanganj. .
