It is known that Myanmar has returned the body of Pinchari Camp Commander of Bangladesh Border Guard Force, Lance Naik Mizanur Rahman, who was shot by Myanmar border guard forces at Dauchhari border of Nayangchari upazila after several rounds of struggle. The body was handed over to BGP officials and Colonel Farid, sector commander of Cox's Bazar BGB, in the area of border pillar number 52 of Dauchhari border at around 6 pm yesterday. The dead body was handed over to an 8-member BGB delegation led by Colonel Farid.
Meanwhile, Bangladesh strongly protested the killing of BGB members by BGP. The protest was expressed in strong terms by summoning the Myanmar ambassador in Dhaka for the second time yesterday. Meanwhile, Mizanur Rahman's body has been handed over, but there is extreme tension at the border. Ransaaj has BGB and BGP.
