Recipe: Solar Dal Halwa

The Dhaka Times Desk When Shabbat comes, everyone starts preparing to make halwa roti. And who is busy with how many Shabbat halwa items they can make? So today there will be some Shabbat special items for you. Today there is solar dal halwa.

Ingredients:

• # Solar Pulses 1 Kg
• # sugar 2 kg
• # milk is one and a half liters
• # ghee half cup
• # cardamom powder 2 tbsp
• # cinnamon powder 4 tbsp
• # raisins 7 tbsp
• # Pistachio Nuts Crushed 5 Tbsp
• # rose water 1 tbsp
• # Coconut 1

prepared method

First boil solar dal, grated coconut and milk. When dry, cool and beat.

Now add ghee, dal batter, sugar, cardamom, raisins, rose water, cinnamon to the pan and stir well. When the halwa rises, shake it for a while, take it out of the oven and when it cools down, put a little ghee on a plate or tray and pour the halwa.

Then spread evenly. Now sprinkle chopped pistachios and raisins over it. Now cut the barfi shape with a knife. If you want, you can design it in reality. Now arrange on the table and serve.
