It was the first match between Iran and Nigeria at the 2014 Brazil World Cup. And that's why both teams were desperate to win the first match. But neither team could pull off the desired victory. The field had to be left goalless for a long period of ninety minutes. A goalless draw is the first time in this year's World Cup in Brazil. And so both teams had to be content with sharing the points in the end.
In the first half of the fight, both teams became desperate without scoring a goal. The Asian country Iran had many opportunities to score in the direction of attack. But they could not use that opportunity. On the other hand, Nigeria had possession of the ball. But in reality nothing worked.
However, the pace of attack increased in the second half. But nobody could put the ball in anyone's net in that attack. That is why Iran and Nigeria had to leave the field with a goalless draw.
