Abdul Rahman told the media, 'Last Wednesday, a young man came to my office and handed over an envelope. Opening it, I found a note typed on a computer.' In the note, the thief wrote, 'He is very sorry for stealing my pair of shoes. He also apologized to me on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
Abdul Rahman said, the thief also paid 500 riyals for the price of the shoes. Actually that pair of shoes cost half of that. He used the pair of shoes for the first time that day after buying them.
It is known that Abdul Rahman, the owner of the shoes, said that he forgave the thief a few years ago. Now he has donated the thief's money to a charity.
