For the second time, this influential world leader has been selected as the best person by Time. Before that, in 2008, the first black president of the United States, Obama, became the first person of the year. Obama, who became the second consecutive black president in the history of the United States, is the best in his overall activities, but the place of Pakistani human rights activist Malala Yousafzai is right after Obama, i.e. the runner-up.
It should be noted that analysts think that former US President Franklin D. Obama was elected for the second consecutive election with more than 50 percent of the vote, breaking Roosevelt's record. In addition, because of his positive role worldwide, the authorities of Time magazine were forced to bring Obama on this year's annual cover. Otherwise, BBC blogger and human rights activist Malalai, who was injured by the Taliban, would have been Time Magazine's 'Person of the Year-2012'.
