'You can hang journalists with bamboo' - this is what the Social Welfare Minister said!

The Dhaka Times Desk Social Welfare Minister Syed Mohsin Ali is repeatedly speaking against journalists and asking for forgiveness. You can hang journalists with bamboo - this is what the social welfare minister said.

The minister said these things at the discussion meeting organized on the occasion of Sri Krishna's Janmashtami at the new Kalibari premises of Moulvibazar city yesterday at around 3 o'clock on Sunday. He was the chief guest on that occasion.

Social Welfare Minister Syed Mohsin Ali also warned journalists about writing in newspapers and magazines about the activities of ministers. Along with that, he called to write about the development of the country and the nation.

Criticizing the news published by the journalists under the title 'Taka 2000 crore was looted but the Finance Minister does not say anything', the Social Welfare Minister further said, "At various times, journalists have exaggerated many of the statements of the Finance Minister and insulted the Finance Minister by writing in newspapers and magazines. I am therefore warning the journalists about this.' Bringing the topic of Sylhet, he further said, 'All journalists are not equal in terms of standards, many have got a newspaper license but they do not have the strength required to write.'
