Doctors believe that this 2-handed person weighing 42 pounds has the largest hands in the world. That woman's hands are so huge that each hand weighs 9.5 kg i.e. 21 pounds. The total weight of his two hands is 42 pounds. And he has to suffer a lot to move these two hands.

The 59-year-old Duangjei Samaksamam lives in Thailand's Surin province. Duangjei Samaksamam took over the responsibility of the family grocery store in such a desperate situation. He is running the shop with both such huge hands. He is also doing his own and housework. For more than 50 years, Duangzei has been suffering from a disease called 'Macrodystrophy lipomastosa' and has been living a very painful life. This is a rare problem. Gradually his hands began to accumulate fat at a large rate. Both hands are permanently swollen. No treatment or surgery is being done. Several doctors suggested amputating both his hands. Duangjei Samaksamam said she struggles to move her hands, and to do even the simplest things like shampooing, combing her hair and getting dressed. In a word, he has to face a brutal truth in almost all his daily activities. At first, Duang Zei couldn't accept the shape of his hand at all. This condition of the hand made Duangzei very embarrassed. Duangzei felt ashamed. Because of this, he spent the first 20 years of his life alone. Duangzei didn't even go to school. But, now he is forced to leave the house for his elderly parents. He could no longer hide himself in the urge to earn a living. He took full responsibility of his family's grocery store.

Many doctors of the world have come forward for him. He also underwent surgery 3 times at the age of 25. But, there was no result. Despite the surgery, the swelling in his hand did not go down. After the operation, it seems a little less for a few days, but it returns to its previous state. On the contrary, Duangzei said that it was seen that it increased even more after the operation.

Several doctors suggested that the only solution was to amputate my hands so that I could walk freely, Duangzei added. Plastic surgeon Dr. Eizu Uchinuma told the media that Duangze is the first and only person in the world who has a terrible physical problem in both hands from the shoulder to the fingers. Dr. Eizu Uchinuma also said that the cause of the disease is still unknown to medical scientists. Moreover, there is no treatment for this disease so far.
