The green-eyed Bangladeshi girl has fascinated the whole world

The Dhaka Times Desk David Ledger is a famous Australian photographer. Recently one of his photos was featured as the cover photo of the international photography magazine Photoreview. The cover photo is of a girl with green hair. And that girl is Bangladeshi. But let's hear that story.

That photo from Photoreview magazine

Tuli is the name of the simple but amazing green haired girl. Tuli is an eighth grader. He lives in Puthia, Rajshahi. Tuli and Duli are two sisters, Tuli's elder sister Duli studied intermediate in a Rajshahitra college. Now let's know about David Lazer. David Ledger's photographs have appeared in many international photographic magazines, from National Geographic to Camera World. He has worked from the rainforests of South America to the deep forests of Africa. He came to Bangladesh in 2012 due to that vacation. He went to Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet and Rajshahi.

Tuli's current photo

In a village of Puthiya in Rajshahi, he was sitting on a high hill in the late afternoon after taking pictures and looking around. At that time some children surrounded him and he talked to them and then went to the field to play football with them. In the middle of the game, he saw Tuli sitting on the doorstep of a house. Just as Jahuri's eyes recognize gems, she knows by looking at Tuli that she has found the perfect subject for her photography. He then meets Tuli and requests her to be the subject of his film. Tuli responds to his request and asks him to meet her at their house the next day. David Ledger went to Tully's house the next day. This is where these amazing photos of Tuli were taken. And in today's world, those extraordinary pictures of him are spread through the periodical called Photo Review.
