২০০৩ সাল থেকে অভিনয় নিয়ে প্রচুর ব্যস্ত হয়ে পড়েছেন তিশা। ‘এঞ্জের ফোর’ নামে একটি ব্যান্ডদলও গড়ে তুলেছিলেন সেই সময়। তবে বাবার মৃত্যুর পর থেকে গান করা ছেড়ে দিয়েছিলেন এই খ্যাত মডেল কন্যা। ছোট পর্দার নাটক দিয়েই শুরু আর সেই শুরু খ্যাতির। অসংখ্য নাটকে সফল অভিনয়ের পর ২০০৯ সালে প্রথম অভিনয় করেন চলচিত্রে। ‘রুবা হক’ চরিত্রে ‘থার্ড পারসোন সিঙ্গুলার নাম্বার’ চলচ্চিত্র দিয়েই পা রাখেন বড় পর্দায়। সেখানে সফল পারসোন হয়ে আরো কয়েকটি চলচ্চিত্রে অভিনয় করেছেন তিশা। সব কয়টি চলচিত্রই হয়েছে ব্যবসা সফল।

১৯৯৫ সালে প্রথম টেলিভিশনে আসা সেই তিশা এক ‘টেলিভিশন’ চলচ্চিত্রে সফল অভিনয় করে তাক লাগিয়ে দিয়ছেন বাংলাদেশের চলচ্চিত্র জগতকে। অভিনয় জগতের এই গর্ব তিশার প্রিয় চলচিত্র ‘বেবিজ ডে আউট’, ‘হোম ত্র্যালোন’, ‘থার্ড পারসন সিঙ্গুলার নাম্বার’।
