Breaking - World Cup Cricket: Pakistan lost to India

The Dhaka Times Desk Pakistan lost to India in the second match of the second day. India won the toss and went into bat to collect 300 runs. Descending the target of 301 runs, Pakistan lost all wickets and got defeated by 224 runs in 47 overs.

In the second match of the second day, two arch rivals India and Pakistan faced each other today. But Pakistan lost to India. India won the toss and went into bat to collect 300 runs. Descending the target of 301 runs, Pakistan lost all wickets and scored 224 runs in 47 overs but were defeated by 76 runs.

Meanwhile, in the first other match of the second day of the World Cup, South Africa and Zimbabwe met today on Sunday. Batting first, the Proteas collected 339 runs in David Miller and JP Duminy's world record.

However, the Zimbabwean players put up a good fight against South Africa's strong bowling line-up when they came down to bat with a target of 340 runs to win. However, in the end Zimbabwe could not succeed in that fight. They were bowled out for 277 runs in 48.2 overs. As a result, South Africa won by 62 runs.
